There was a euphoric response in Israel to the particular forces’ rescue of 4 hostages from Hamas captivity in central Gaza on Saturday.
However for the mother and father of a type of hostages, Russian-Israeli Andrey Kozlov, it was nothing in need of “a miracle.”
Talking to the BBC, Eugenia and Michael Kozlov gave an emotional account of how they heard the information that their son – certainly one of whom the navy code-named “diamonds” throughout its operation – was free and detailed his order over eight months.
