The French Rugby Federation has decided that the tragic disappearance at sea of a under-18 worldwide was partly attributable to a poorly organised restoration session.
Medhi Narjissi, 17, was swept away within the waters off the coast of Cape City throughout France’s tour of South Africa in August.
“The choice to organise a restoration session within the water on Dias Seaside was taken with out contemplating the dangerousness of the positioning, particularly rip currents, waves and rocks,” the federation mentioned.

Narjissi is the son of former Morocco rugby captain Jalil Narjissi and was on the books of High 14 champions Toulouse.
There have been warning indicators on the seaside and the federation interviewed the entire employees and a few of the gamers concerned.
